KICK START YOUR DAY IN AN EASY WAY



It is a dream for everyone to wake up with a fresh mind and innovative thoughts. I dream of that too and for that, I have chosen a different lifestyle which I would like to share with you all. Some of the tips will be known to you but a bit lazy to apply.
So here we are laying down few simple tips:-

1.    Water: - Yes, water is the key to the healthy start of the day. So drink at least 1-2 glasses of water in the morning.

        Now the problem lies in the part that few of us are lazy enough to get out of bed and get a glass of water, so for all my fellows, you can put a water bottle right next to your bed and when you wake up, drink it.


   Less effort and more benefit.

2.    Brush up your teeth. Use good quality toothpaste for that. You should do dental floss as well. Good breath is necessary to feel fresh.

3.    Now get your yoga mat and do yoga or you can do some exercises as well. We will discuss exercises pose in the next article. Exercise will help you stretch your muscles and fill your body with positive energy. If you are able to spare 5-10 minutes for exercise, even that is better. Nothing more is required.

4.    Now with exercise and all, you will feel sweaty but don’t go for the bath at once. Just wait for 3-4 minutes and then enjoy your bath. In those 3-4 minutes, you can sit in the park or lawn or someplace where you can get sunlight. It will energize your senses.

5.    After taking bath next thing we will do is to have right breakfast. A good meal can set your day otherwise your whole routine will be hampered. So chose what to eat wisely. It is advised to keep breakfast light but healthy. Include nuts, milk/tea/shake/smoothies, and fruits as well. We will discuss meals in another article.

6.    Now you ready to face the world with positive enthusiasm. Dress up nicely and up to your full satisfaction.

          People who will be changing their routine after reading this article might have to increase their morning time slot so try to get up 15mins earlier than before and you can fix your whole day.
