JOURNAL PROMPT # 1
My last week’s assignment was to flush out negative thoughts
by actually writing them. My first thought was that I would waste a beautiful
journal, but it worked wonders for me. First few days, I wrote like my pen was
on fire, and all I could see was negativity all around. As the days went by, I
could recall lesser unstable thoughts. I had a clear picture of eliminating
actions, words, or gestures that had or might have caused problems
previously.
Yesterday, when I sat to write down, I applauded myself for working well and penned further scope of improvement.
